Great experience! Very professional and knowledgeable crew running a custom built, comfortable dive boat. They know the wild Kohala coast inside out and take the time to give you an informative overview of species, their behaviors and environmental elements that you can expect to see on each dive. You can also tell they care about this area, stopping the boat to pick up floating trash on a couple of occasions, and ensuring the environment remains pristine. The groups are smaller than some of the bigger outfits around the island resulting in a much more personalized experience. I have been out diving with a couple of different outfits around the island now, and this has been the best one so far.

Mike and Noe gave us a wonderful dive experience! Very personal..beautiful boat...incredibly clean..that's for you Mike!! Lots of beautiful small wonders of the ocean along with white tips..dolphins and whales. You were recommended by a very experienced professional diver of 40plus years..he was right..amazing! The more my wife and I dive, the more we love it! Oftentimes, I center our vacations and plans around the best dive shops. Where we stay, when we arrive and the rest of our schedule starts with diving. We were so happy to have found Mike and Jess at Liquid Cosmos Divers. Their love for the ocean extended beyond the waters and included us. I've never dove with anyone that had such enthusiasm and knowledge for what lies beneath the water. I am a better diver today because of them. I experienced and learned so much about a wide array of sea life. They are worth traveling to the Big Island to dive with. Their boat is also quite amazing! I am not a professional videographer, but I sure enjoy capturing our experiences underwater so I can relive them over and over. Let me tell you... I will remember these dives forever!

I can’t say enough about Liquid Cosmos, Mike, Jess and Noe were all so amazing on our dives. Very accommodating with helping my wife with her gear while getting out of the water and so knowledgeable of the INCREDIBLE amounts of marine life we encountered. If you’re looking for a wonderful diving experience with a smaller group of divers, Liquid Cosmos is the crew to go with. We are still on cloud 9 after our dives with them.

INCREDIBLE diving experience. One of the nicest dive boats I have been on and the crew knows the area so well that we were able to drift dive some lesser traveled spots. Very knowledgeable and professional! I would 100% recommend to anyone trying to get away from the "cattle call" dive boats in Kona.

Big island has some of the most beautiful diving in the whole and Liquid Cosmos divers has been the best charter I’ve taken in Hawaii . That said, I’ve been on quite a few here having dove in the area 13 years now. Mike and Noe made an excellent crew. The boat was brand new and all the gear was up to date. They new the island very well and were able to bring us to some “ secret spots “! I highly recommend Liquid Cosmos!!! 🤙🏼

Liquid Cosmos Divers is hands down the best dive operation on the Big Island. We have been diving on the Big Island for more than 10 years and have been out with many other dive operations. Mike and Jess provide an exceptional personalized dive experience. Their goal is to showcase places on the North Kohala coast that other dive operations do not normal travel to. Their knowledge of where to find all the rare and endemic species is amazing. Highly recommend doing a dive called Nudi Madness if you are crazy for nudibranchs like we are. Shout out to Noe who is an awesome dive guide, a friend to all octopi, and most certainly, part mermaid. Mahalo to Captain Dustin who waited patiently on board when we did 90-minute dives and always made sure we had delicious snacks during our surface intervals.

Went out with Liquid Cosmos Divers for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. They have a brand new boat with brand new equipment and expert guidance start to finish from both the owner, Mike and divemaster, Noe. I’d recently been on a 12 person boat and found it very underwhelming and impersonal. What a difference a few bucks make in dialing in this more intimate experience on this stunning Kohala coast. Worth every penny, from Noe’s enthusiastic, expert interactive guidance underwater to the warm shower, comfortable benches, and tasty homemade muffins, star fruit, and pineapple. So QUALITY. My last boat had Doritos and Coke…ICK. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Mike even took time out of his schedule to certify me on Nitrox for future dives, which was much appreciated. You get what you pay for, peeps!

Simply the best! We had an incredible time diving with the Liquid Cosmos crew. Very impressed with the dive boat, friendliness, marine life knowledge, and small group size. Highly recommend this dive shop!

We cannot say enough about Mike and Jess with Liquid Cosmos Divers! They are truly the best on the Big Island! They provide a very personalized dive experience that caters to all levels of divers. However, they also provide excellent dive experiences for the more advanced divers who are looking to get off the beaten path. Jess is so knowledgeable and provided us with an amazing experience learning all about the dive site (s) and all the sea life. Mike is an excellent boat captain who is also very knowledgeable about the sites and sea life. Oh! ... and he's also an excellent instructor, who gave our daughter a lesson on Nitrox. We can't wait to see them again in December!!!
