Advanced 2-Tank Dive Charter

For the advanced diver who wants to explore the more remote and unexplored areas of the Kohala coast.

On our advanced charter you’ll have the opportunity to explore extensive lava tubes, visit deeper pinnacles and reefs, and encounter seldom seen fish. This trip is geared towards the more experienced diver. If you are new to diving, or if you haven’t dove in a while, we recommend our Morning 2-Tank Charter before venturing further.




While our vessel is rated to carry 12 passengers, we set our maximum capacity to 6 divers meaning you will get the most personalized, exclusive, and safe dive experience possible. We typically are drift diving on our Advanced Charter, meaning that the boat will drop you off in one location and pick you up further down the reef. This means that there is no mooring line to descend on, and you must have your weights accurate as there will be no time for a weight check. Divers also must be able to complete their safety stop at 15 feet hovering over blue water with no reference point.

Dive Trip Details

This drift dive is for physically fit, experienced divers. Please contact our shop at 808-300-6834 if you have any questions on the requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 50 logged dives
  • Last dive within 6 months
  • Minimum age 15 years old
  • You must have good buoyancy control and air consumption – at least 60 minutes on an 80cf tank
  • You must be comfortable completing a safety stop in blue water
  • You must be in good health with no heart conditions
  • You must be comfortable diving in moderate current

Included: Tanks, weights, snacks, water, and the most knowledgeable dive guides on the island!

Scuba gear for rent: BC, regulator, dive computer, wetsuit, mask, fins - $50.

Nitrox available: $12.50

What to bring: personal dive gear (rental gear is available), certification card, towel, hat, reef-safe sunscreen, light jacket.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If cancelling within 48 hours, no refunds but there is the ability to re-schedule for a different date.
